Shenzhen Technology Innovation Committee announced to the public on Nov. 6, 2014 that the project of Shenzhen Capchem technology Co,.Ltd ,“the research and development of high generation Cu etching liquid for TFT - LCD production line”has obtained the fund amounting to one hundred fifty thousand yuan from new materials fund, a special fund of strategic emerging industries of Shenzhen-2014. Capchem’s project,“the research and development of high generation Cu etching liquid for TFT - LCD production line” obtains this special fund due to its conforming to the development orientation of the state and the city of Shenzhen. It is the acknowledgement of the municipal government to the company’s strength and innovation

The project of liquid crystal display is one of the national key projects from the year 2006-2020, the median and long term development of the information industry. TRT-LCD’s revenue accounts for 87% of that of total liquid crystal display. As one of the key materials of TRT-LCD, the quality of etching liquid is very important to that of TRT-LCD. But right now, the technology and market is controlled by Japan, Korea, US and the region of Taiwan. The raw material of etching liquid is mostly imported for which limited the development of TFT-LCD in China.

According to the new data from the research institute of the state information industry (CCID), the revenue of new digital display is estimated over RMB one hundred fifty billion yuan (one hundred billion in the year 2013), the same increase would be expected in etching liquid. The market prospect of Cu etching liquid is also estimated to one billion yuan by the end of 2015. The capacity of the market is very large.

As the result of the implementation of the project, the outputs of the project would be the key products of the company in the future and the important increase of the company.
